 In what context do we process your personal data?

 As business partners, we need to collect personal information concerning representatives or reference persons at our suppliers or professional customers. We collect your data when you contact us, when concluding a contract, when you create an account on our B2B online platform or when you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing offers.

 The collection and processing of your data is necessary to contact you (for example, to provide you with a quote), to execute a contract and monitor our business relationship in order to allow you to obtain the products purchased from MARK’S EUROPE and to benefit from the services subscribed to from MARK’S EUROPE, to carry out marketing actions, as well as to prevent cases of fraud, comply with our obligations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and be able to defend our rights.
